Born February 19, 1976 in Delhi, India, and entered into rest on March 31, 2014 in Fremont, California at the age of 38. Survived by her husband Prateek Puri of Fremont, CA.
A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 3, 8am at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Witness Cremation to follow at 11am at Irvington Memorial Crematory, 41001 Chapel Way, Fremont, CA 94538.
