Born September 7, 1939 in Jalisco, Mexico, and entered into rest on September 3, 2014 in Fremont, California at the age of 74. Survived by his wife Isaura Cortez de Guerrero; children: Rosa Castillo, Claudia Guerrero, Isaura Guerrero, Isaias Guerrero, Alondra M. Guerrero, and Jaquelin Guerrero; and grandchildren: Victor Castillo, Enrique Castillo, Alondra Castillo, Gerardo Rodriguez, Gabriel Rodriguez, Gilberto Rodriguez, Alejandro Trejo, Emily Guerrero, Jennifer Cruz, Joshua Herrera, and Jacob Herrera.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 8, from 5-8pm with a Vigil at 6pm at Fremont Memorial Chapel, 3723 Peralta Blvd., Fremont, CA 94536. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 9, 10am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 40382 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538. Burial will follow at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park in Hayward, CA.
