Obituaries

My family moved a few doors down from the Buum family when I was in the 7th grade. I became friends with Beth and Brenda. Our adventures somehow usually ended us getting caught at something by Bob or Donna like the flour fight we had in their kitchen. Lol! I remember getting stung on my foot by a bee running in the grass at Irvington and Mr. Buum was the person who comforted me along with a gentle reminder that I probably should have been wearing shoes. Like so many others, Coach Buum touched my life in a positive manner. Rest in Peace Coach and your family is in my heart and mind. Sincerely, Diana Kopshy Carroll
